Employee Drives
Many Boeing sites sponsor employee drives (see below for a list of common drives) at various times throughout the year in support of local communities. For more information about the employee drives in your community, contact the Global Corporate Citizenship representative nearest you.
- Books and Backpacks (July-August) Employees help schoolchildren get a great start to the school year with books, backpacks and school supplies.
- Food and Essentials (schedule varies by site) Donations of nonperishable food and essentials such as canned goods and toothbrushes provide basic items for people who cannot afford them. In some areas, donated jackets and blankets help keep people warm in the winter.
- Spirit of the Holidays (November-December) Employees donate new toys and gifts for families, seniors and children in need. By sharing during the holidays, employees are letting their neighbors in need know that they are remembered.
