The Boeing Company is committed to improving the quality of life in the communities in which our employees and their families live and work. This is accomplished in a variety of ways.
Boeing makes contributions in four major areas of need: Education, Health and Human Services, Arts and Culture and Civic Initiatives. The company also offers an Employee Gift Matching Program for institutions of higher education, as well as kindergarten through 12 schools.
The asset that makes Boeing so successful in the community is its people. Boeing employees in Wichita play a significant role on how community leaders, nonprofit organizations and citizens view the company by contributing to the Employees Community Fund and participating in Boeing Employee Giving Programs activities.
