Contact TotalAccess at 866-473-2016 and enter your BEMSID (or SSN). When the phone system asks "How can I help you today?" say the name of the benefits service you need "Health & Insurance, " "Pension," "Savings" and enter your TotalAccess Password. Hearing impaired callers with a telephone typewriter call 800-755-6363.
Retirees and plan participants may access plan information on the World Wide Web through Boeing Secure Logon. Savings Plan information is also available on the Benefits & Compensation Web site.
